Mental Golf Lesson - Keep the Faith

Keep the Faith

No!!! I don’t mean you need to pray to the heavens above for a good golf game.

But you must have faith in this golf tip and your own ability. And when I say this I mean you must believe you can be the best golfer out there or at least better than you are at the moment.

When you are playing golf, golfing equipment comes into the equation as well. If you are not confident that a peice of golf gear is working for you then try  out a different club and see if the results are any different.

More often than not it is just a negative experience that is holding you back.

One way to keep faith in your game is to analyse your past 4 scorecards.

If you take the best score from each hole over the four rounds and then add them up I would bet that you would have a score which is actually below your golfing handicap mark.

If that is the case, then keep the faith and go for this score. If you can do it over 72 combined holes over 4 rounds then you can do it over 18 holes and 1 round.

You can even combine this thought process with your second golf tree

Keep the faith and play well

All the Best
