Thanks for the comment on the post and you are right, not everybody can afford the time to take 21 days to get their golf game in shape, but let me try and give you some advice on your question.

If you only have 15 minutes before your tee time then I suspect you are like a lot of golfers and may have been in a rush to the course so you wont have time to hit a bucket on the range.

If you only have 15 minutes then some deep breathing and gentle muscle flexing is probably a great use of your time. I would take 7 - 8 minutes for this, followed by swing the heaviest club in your bag for 2 - 3 minutes with slow gentle swings just to stretch out the muscles and then if the putting green is close just knock in some easy 3 or 4 footers to get the eye in.

I would like to get a few thoughts on the process that goes through the minds of players trying to beat the clock on the practice green, yet put in some quality practice before tee time.
